A Short but Exceptional UCLA Career
Lee made only 13 collegiate starts before turning professional midway through her sophomore year, yet finished with four victories and a 70.74 scoring average across 43 rounds.
Her amateur résumé included six AJGA First-Team All-America selections, nine AJGA victories, three Junior Solheim Cup teams, two Junior Ryder Cup teams, the 2014 Curtis Cup and the 2014 Women’s North & South Amateur title.
Fast track to the LPGA: Lee won the final stage of LPGA Qualifying School at 10 under in December 2014, earned her card and turned professional before her 20th birthday.
Two International Wins and an LPGA Breakthrough Still Ahead
Lee first joined the LPGA Tour in 2015. Through 09-13-2026, the LPGA credited her with approximately $5.5 million in official career earnings, 28 top-10 finishes and 61 top-25 finishes, but no LPGA victory.
Returning After Becoming a Mother
Lee gave birth to her son, Levi, in 2025. She began returning to tournament golf later that year and entered 2026 targeting a full LPGA schedule. Her results were strong enough to earn an automatic Solheim Cup place through the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings.
A Perfect 4–0–0 Solheim Cup
Lee returned to the U.S. team in the Netherlands as the only member of the 2026 American roster who also played on the victorious 2015 team. She won every match she played at Bernardus Golf.
The perfect week lifted Lee’s career Solheim Cup record to 6–5–1, worth 6.5 points across appearances in 2015, 2024 and 2026. Live reporting described the Sunday rally as the largest singles comeback in competition history; that superlative remains attributed until the official event recap publishes its final record book.
